Registration of Halal Certification Bodies

It is a procedure by which official recognition is granted by the Ministry of acceptance of halal certificates issued by registered halal certification bodies, following Cabinet Resolution No. (10) of 2014 regarding the UAE system for the control of halal products.
Service Procedure
Registration in the digital platform of MOIAT
- Login or Register to the Ministry services digital platform
- Apply to “Registration of Halal Certification Bodies”
- Attach the required documents
- Application review by the designated employee to check application data and attachments
- Payment of fees
- Issuance of the certificate
Requirements
- A valid commercial license or its equivalent
- A valid accreditation certificate with the scope of the accreditation certificate from an accreditation body acceptable to the Ministry.
