Request Registration of Industrial Input for Customs Duty Exemption

Submitting a request to register materials for customs exemption by factories that have an industrial production license for the factory quota.
Service procedure
- Login or Register to the Ministry services digital platform
- Apply to “Request Registration of Industrial Input for Customs Duty Exemption”
- Payment of fees
- Application review by the designated employee to check application data and attachments
- In case of approval, the material and quantity will be added to the factory quota
- In case the application is rejected, neither the material nor the quantity will be added to the factory quota
- The application shall be sent for inspection in case of requesting registration of large quantities of raw materials or machines or equipment
- Pay the inspection fee
- Visit the factory and write the report
- Materials are added if the inspection report is approved
- The application is rejected if the inspection report is not approved
Requirements
- Industrial production license or initial approval certificate for machines
- Original invoices [Attestation is available through integration to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MOFAIC)].

- Submit an application through the Ministry’s digital services platform
- Payment of fees
- Application will be reviewed by relevant official
- In case of approval, the quantity will be added to the factory’s balance
- In case of rejection, the quantity will not be added to the factory’s balance
- Application will be referred to inspection if there is a need for checking the materials to be added
- Paying the inspection fees
- Visiting the facility and writing the technical report
- Materials will be added if the inspection report is approved
